- Quality Concerns: If the final deliverables significantly deviate from the agreed project scope and quality standards.
- Cancellation of Services: If the client cancels the project before any work has commenced, a full refund may be applicable.
Non-Refundable Cases
- If the project is canceled by the client after significant work has been completed.
- For services already delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline.
- If delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide the required inputs, approvals, or materials on time.
- For any third-party costs incurred by Metatag Solutions on behalf of the client (e.g., domain, hosting, software subscriptions).
Refund Process
- Request Submission: Clients must submit a written refund request within 7 days of project cancellation or service delivery.
- Evaluation: The request will be reviewed based on the contract terms, service scope, and project status.
- Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
